Project Brief

This distribution center contains a 20,000 SF office and 200,000 SF of warehouse. Prior to WKW Development’s involvement with FritoLay, the office and the warehouse were dated and run-down. The office space is now bright and inviting with modern finishes throughout and the warehouse has been transformed into a clean, well-lit space with brand new bathroom facilities and updated finishes. This project has also involved extensive concrete work both inside the warehouse as well as outside on the truck court.
