WKW Development completed this 3,196-square-foot office buildout in Virginia Beach, turning the space into a modern, sophisticated workplace designed around clean lines, natural light, and contemporary finishes. The buildout features oversized 4′ x 4′ ceiling tiles, recessed LED downlights, linear light fixtures and diffusers, and thoughtfully positioned offices and a breakroom that take advantage of natural light throughout the space. A standout feature is the dedicated media room, which incorporates black ceiling tiles and speed rails suspended from the structure above to support professional lighting and camera equipment. The combination of sleek architectural details, specialized media capabilities, and functional workspace design creates a polished environment tailored to the client’s day-to-day operations and creative needs.
