Project Brief

This retail marketplace construction in Suffolk, Virginia was completed for a local developer. This project has proven to be successful, as the two-building retail development is regularly bustling with traffic. The current tenants at the Main Street Marketplace include Panera Bread, T-Mobile, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Sport Clips, and Mattress Firm®.

Project Note: Before both retail buildings were constructed and the parking lot was paved, WKW Development built a retention pond beneath the current parking lot to support the stormwater management needs of the marketplace.
