Project Brief

WKW Development partnered with a local commercial investor to construct a Department of Motor Vehicles for the city of Smithfield, VA. The building and the interior buildout were completed by the WKW team, with the custom millwork being fabricated in our shop. This was the first phase of a larger development that also included a retail center on the same property.
