Project Brief

This 22nd floor office renovation and buildout in the Virginia Beach Armada Hoffler Tower high-rise included private offices, a large cubicle workspace, a conference room, a lounging area, and a break room. WKW Development worked closely with the designer, architect, and building management to achieve the clean and modern aesthetic that the tenant – Proctor & Gamble – wanted.
